This was just for the LFC Demo in GlobalView, based on hand crafted maps
based on the work in lfc-analysis.  This branch should be eliminated
when the maps work becomes more robust, and is only kept around as an
historical record.

This is a demo only set of changes that will most likely be removed
later.

Fleshed out some of the todo items, and improved some of the scripts.

The corrections here (located in the subverison directory) all have to
do with bad organization names that broke sorting.

I failed to include all of the relevant simplebook verison updates in
the previous commit.  This brings both the client and server versions in
line with one another.

The latest version of SimpleBook adds a few features and fixes a few
issues.

Handle invalid titles

Picksome had logic which would result in an error if the list of titles
included any invalid characters (or otherwise violated the list of rules
for wiki page titles as described in
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Page_name#Technical_restrictions_and_limitations)

By separating the title generation we are able to check for a null
result (null is returned in the event of an invalid title) and skip that
result instead of triggering the error.

Issue #135

This data needs to be centralized for globalview, to make sure that everyone
is using the same SDGs

There are places where we want to specify what the name in the output
is, rather than letting it inherit.  At the same time, changed
LinkedSecondSheet to take a list of dictionaries, rather than multiple
arguments.

This only happens in some places, not on page loads.  But it breaks
javascript in weird ways as browser tries to render extra thigns.  This
manifested as breaking visual editor.

This required, for some of the competitions, to run the data through
dos2unix, which changed the shas.  But also, at the etl library level,
we needed to remove the unicode <feff> character that sometimes gets
added to the start of the csvs.
