Refactor components and extract Explore styling

This (too-large) MR represents a substantial cleanup of TorqueLFCTheme styling and separation from the Torque Explore extension to minimize unintended overlap.

  • Namespaced components (like buttons and dropdowns) under torque--
  • Migrated Torque Explore styling to that repo

Because of all this work, many templates needed updating. This MR should only be deployed alongside the companion MRs in the torque and torque-sites repos:
