Adapt templates to latest Torque and TorqueLFCTheme

This MR updates the relevant templates to match the expectations of the Torque and TorqueLFCTheme updates:

• torque!78 (merged)
• https://code.librehq.com/ots/mediawiki/TorqueLFCTheme/-/merge_requests/8

I have updated them directly in MediaWiki as well (as I found them), but we may still discover new locations that need updating.
