The submission_id is used to do URL reverse for private
files are wrongly put to use one of the revisions and
the parent submission. 

This fixes the submission_id with a getter function

Right now, the help text generated is class representation
(e.g. “<class 'hypha.apply.stream_forms.blocks.CharFieldBlock’>”)

This is confusing while debugging, so replace it with a more familiar
format. `e.g. Help text for CharFieldBlock`.
