Add components for search history to Explore front-end

This adds the markup and styling (besides what is required in torque!114) for explore search history:

Note that the search results are currently hard-coded into the markup and should of course be replaced.

Also, there's a weird bug where the menu appears under some of the table action buttons. It's obviously positioning/z-index related but I haven't figured it out yet.
