Add Smart Start Search box

This adds the widget which can be added on to any page.

@justin The CSS here needs some love! Add <smartstartsearch></smartstartsearch> to a page to see it after loading up the widget!

Otherwise, check it out and make sure it works. Requires torque!104 (merged) to work on the submit side!
