Minor Explore tweaks and feedback prep

These are a few changes that came along with the (now-closed) !111 (closed), but should still persist even though we've moved the main feedback work to a plugin.

  • Modify Explore markup subtly to allow for better action button placement on either side of table header
  • Organize the sprites SVG file
  • Improve some indenting
