Add one-page proposal template

Adds the Mustache template for a one-page proposal screen. This relies on LFCTheme being present and loaded into the page.

  • There are no content tags yet. It should be obvious what's needed but I wasn't sure how you were going to fill these with real content.
  • Note that every image has a specific class. Generated markup should have that class too.
  • Otherwise, contents of each <dd> can be whatever that field naturally generates. (I.e., don't take me sample <p>s and <ul>s to mean anything more than "that's probably what goes in this field, based on looking at a proposal".)
  • I assume Jim will want to tweak what fields are showing. I'm just basing this on our last mockup.
  • I don't know whether the video thumbnail will actually be desired. It's there if needed.
