This is a temporary change, with some other fixes as the submittable
pull gets more information.

The main script got a completely overhaul, with some more rearchitecting
of the airtable scripts directory.

Not only that, but now fields that were previously unused by
competitions needed to be added int he etl pipeline.

This includes adding the new VideoCache extension to all competitions,
as well updating the etl pipeling to call into it when publishing a
competition.

This is used for GlobalView to know what pages to create, and for some
competitions LFC Analysis is getting set.

This was because the new form of Primary Subject Area is very similar to
Location objects, which can have a ToC that's multi level.  At the same
time, updating the ToC to have counts per level, as well as display
proposals which don't have information at more granular levels.

This requires changing the NumberCommaizer to StringToNumber, as that
commaization will be handled in the templates, rather than in the etl
pipeline.

Required a lot of template updates as well.

The new object has multiple levels and other meta data used by LFC.

This also required an update to the templates on all the competitions.

Now that we aren't actually putting up csvs where lists are done via
lines, we should name these classes appropriately.

There's still a lot of places where sheet is correct, as we are working
with a lot of spreadsheets in torque-sites.  However, when interacting
with torque, collection is more correct.

This is due to the change in torque during the column unification
project where we store json for complex objects.  So all proposals are
now json representations of dicts.  Various renamings happened at the
same time to represent this change.

Mostly around textual changes.

This should be a complete shell for a new competition, with some of the
documentation moved out of the base README.md.  With these instructions,
someone should be able to quickly get a new site up and running.

Nothing massive here, mainly just making the structure a bit deeper by
creating top level directories for the base install and the
competitions, then spliting up the docs a little.

This was breaking it actually working.  Probably due to some kind of
re-basing error when the feature was added.

This required using the new processor part of the Toc, and explicitly
creating the template that goes in the table element.
