Hide torque search parameters (for now)

Frank Duncan requested to merge hide-torque-searchparameters into main

The torque search parameters have replaced the filters. However, they aren't fully built out, interface-wise. In the interim, we should hide them in the theme. The reason to hide them here rather than in torque is so that someone else using torque can still access them in their ugly state.
