Migrate Torque Explore curation CSS from Torque

Justin Reese requested to merge 167-move-torque-styling into main

Styling for individual views (e.g., curation view) belong in LFCTheme, not Torque. This MR imports the styling from Torque, updates CSS variables, and nests the selectors.
