Use gray X for fiscal sponsor branch question

Replace the red no icon (🚫) on the Fiscal Sponsor question with a gray circle X, but leave the skipped questions using a gray no icon.

Note: This won't be evident immediately because there's currently a bug where the skipped-branch value isn't being supplied to the data-question-status attribute. That's the necessary value for the question that determines whether later questions are skipped. Without it, the Fiscal Sponsor question will just be a gray no icon like other skipped questions.
