Fix CI test

Daniel Schultz requested to merge 6-fix-pipelines into main

The test was written in a way that would work locally if you had a specific S3 configuration, but failed in CI (or any other context with a different set of values).

Assuming this works and CI passes we can update the settings and resolved #6 (closed)
