The average score is now included in the unordered list element so that the collapse/expand arrow works as expected and average scores are also hidden by default.

Fixes ots/clients/ardc/hypha-tracker#250: The 'Reviews & assignees' box should be closed by default and the average score hidden.

Merging as we don't have time to do full review cycle.
