add space above activity feed wrapper and add padding so icons don't hit the viewport when the window is reduced

bugfix - page title in ie11 not honouring flex spacing so made the wrapper a flex container, grow it to fill the available space and align title to the bottom of the header

moving person wrapper modifier used for spacing into it's own class and changing old person modifier to something more reusable

combining flex wrapper modifier into person modifier as the styles are becoming to specific to the person section to justify having another modifier

moving wrappers in to the dashboard html so we can split them out and adjust colours and spacing accordingly
