refactor mobile search button when the mobile menu is open, to close the mobile menu and then open the search form

fixing issue with login/language buttons breaking on to two lines when the viewport is at the tablet portrait width

splitting out mobile menu transition properties as autoprefixer causes the transition to break when transition shorthand is used

login nav icon needs to change colour if there's no header background image otherwise it will blend in with the buttons background colour on hover
