    Now that the webinar has been delivered, stop using the "fragment" CSS
class on those slides that were using it.  This switches them from
incremental delivery of points to all-at-once delivery, which is more
appropriate for those who come along later to view the slides online.
Also, update README.md to indicate that the webinar has taken place.
