This is the first step in the process of turning our outline into a presentation. The https://code.librehq.com/ots/oss-goals-field-guide repository has an already-finished related presentation, so we're merging it in, to get a bunch of presentation infrastructure, and then will trim and modify from there. This is intended to be a permanent divergence; these changes are not expected to go back into the 'oss-goals-field-guide' repository. We might some day try to make a separate OTS generic presentation baseline repository, that we then branch and customize to make new presentations; for now we don't have that, so we're kind of pretending 'oss-goals-field-guide' is that.
