Continue work on "immediate autofill" feature

Have `mailaprop-initialize-cache' generate the list of prefixes that
will eventually be pre-loaded with autofill candidates.  Add new
function `mailaprop-strings-from-alphabet' and its recursive helper
`mailaprop-strings-from-alphabet-internal' to enable this.

All of this follows up to commit 9aed983a.
