This GitLab instance provides a fully libre (free software / open source) platform for code hosting and development.

Due to the ever-increasing rate of spammy and bot-like sign-up requests, we have modified our former open-door policy. We will gladly create an account for you if you're considering collaborating on a specific project hosted here, or even if you just have a personal or professional interest in free and open source software. However, you will need to know someone (or know someone who knows someone, etc) who already participates in Open Tech Strategies LLC's open source projects: please ask your contact to introduce you to this site's administrators, and we will take it from there to get your account set up. We regret the environmental factors that make continued open registration impractical, and we are very aware of the problems faced by well-meaning newcomers in a system that relies on chains of acquaintanceship. Nevertheless, the increasing amount of inauthentic and pseudo-adversarial behavior ambient on the modern Internet requires us to take a more careful posture than would otherwise be our preference.
