Update Analysis Support for Gulf Futures

This PR substantially refactors the Analysis Support script with the primary goal of enabling configurable prompt files per competition and creates a new prompts config for GFC2024. These files are now stored in competitions/{competition}/ansible/roles/{competition}/files/LLM_Prompts.yml, read and validated by the script when run.

The format looks like the following:
