SimpleBook support

We're moving past collections and into the land of SimpleBook.

This means we need to update our roles/collection ansible scripts (maybe rename it to simpleBook while we're there) to integrate with the updated SimpleBook features / API.

Specifically this is going to mean:

• Updating the hooks to pass credentials and torque metadata in the new format.
• Renaming scripts where appropriate.
• Updating ansible scripts to install SimpleBook instead of Collection
