Popups don't work in Safari

Clicking on a pin to produce a popup doesn't work in safari -- this is a known bug in Leaflet 1.7.1 and still exists a year later, though it seems the current main branch may have it fixed.

In the mean time it seems that disabling tap will correct the bug on the current release.
