Improve speed of Semantic Search returning results

The goal for this search was to beat the speed of the original Smart Start, but it also replaces the normal search feature, and @frankduncan has indicated that is too slow for that. The speed of calling the embeddings API has been flagged as an issue here and in #61, so efforts to improve the speed may focus on that.
